The skiing area of Kreuzeck is situated in 1,340 m height and was created in occasion of the Winter Olympics in 1936. The Kandahar downhill there is also used for world cup runnings. You can reach the Kreuzeck with the Kreuzeck mountain rail.

A nice walking tour on the elevated plain of the Eckbauern with an amazing panorama to the Wettersteingebirge with the Dreitorspitz the Alpe peak and also Wank and Kramer. The cable railway from the starting point offers different possibilities for a walking tour which also includes some easy tours for children and less coached hickers. Beside the nice panorama another highlight is the Partnachklamm.
